Wed March 2, 2011, 6:05 pm: So a couple weeks ago Ford and Cade randomly watched "How Its Made" online and one video was on goat cheese--yeah--and I didn't know that and had Kim pick me up some from CostCo last Mon... Well today Cade finds it in the fridge and WANTS to try it--on crackers--AND says its GOOD!! Yep, it is! Mediterranean flavor, and rolled in herbs--better than cream cheese any day!

Mon November 2, 2009, 10:31 am: Well, Mark threw away the 28-page personally intrusive "American Community Survey" and I know they will send us another one. Today he called Congressman Rob Bishop and was told they have had a lot of complaints. He was told to just answer the questions you want, write "not comfortable answering" on the rest, and when they call you on the phone, tell them that's what your congressman told you to do!
